Did you install a transmission into your 420 or 560 and now the car won't start or has no power? Check the ignition timing while cranking the car over. If the timing is 20* BTDC or greater, you probably have a mis-aligned flywheel or ring gear. This mis-alignment will give the crank sensor an incorrect position causing incorrect ignition timing. You can remove the inspection cover opposite of the starter, turn the engine until the ring gear hole is visible. Check to see if the flex plate hole is in align with the ring gear hole. If they are mis-aligned, the transmission will have to come out to align the holes.
